Betty J. (Sechrist) Aller

Betty J. (Sechrist) Aller, 56, of Marietta, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy.  She was born Friday, January 27, 1961 in Columbia.  She was married to James M. Aller, Jr. on July 16, 1990.

Her hobbies included fishing, gardening, baking, antiquing as well as playing cards and online games.  Above all, she will remembered as a loving mother, wife, grandmother and sister.

In addition to her devoted husband of nearly 27 years, she will be lovingly missed by a daughter, Nichole wife of Nate Cabán of Columbia; a son, James D.W. Aller, of Marietta; a step-daughter, Andrea E. Aller, of Columbia; 10 grandchildren Brîanna, Elijah, Zion, Nathaniel, Jaden, Janeah, Ambrielle, Austin, Alex, Kaelyn and her Yorkshire Terrier, Buster. She was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Stephanie L. Harris , granddaughter Maya A Cabán and sister Catherine Spackman.

A celebration of Betty’s life will be held at St. Paul's Baptist Church, 297 S. 5th Street, Columbia, PA  17512 on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 6pm. Visitation will be held from 5pm until the time of the service. Private burial will take place in Good’s Mennonite Cemetery, Elizabethtown at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements entrusted with the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022, 717-367-1543.
