When we were growing up in Elizabethtown, my sister Mary and I spent a lot of time at Aunt Helen and Uncle Cliff's house. Aunt Helen made us some wonderful clothing. I still have a vest she made me. I sometimes take it out of the drawer to feel its softness and admire the workmanship. At family get-togethers, everyone wanted a piece of her chocolate cake. It was the best I ever ate. But most of all my sister and I remember her as never saying an unkind word to anyone or raising her voice in anger. We both agree that she was one of the nicest and kindest people in our lives. Meribeth and I send our love to Ronnie, John,Don and their wives and families. We also loved her and she will live forever in our hearts
