Jean Marie (Forry) Lovinger

Jean Marie (Forry) Lovinger, 66, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 22, 2017. Born Thursday, September 20, 1951 in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ethel (Stare) Forry. She was the beloved wife of 22 years of Jack M. Lovinger. 

Jean retired in 2016 after 30 years as a Patient Representative with Pinnacle Health Family Care in Middletown. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and rollercoasters, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also collected Longaberger Baskets and Santa Claus figurines.

In addition to her husband, Jean is survived by three children: Jennifer Eldridge (Brian McNew) of Elizabethtown; Donald Eldridge (Dawn) of Hummelstown and Christopher Eldridge of Hummelstown; a step-daughter: Jodi Gingrich (Chad) of Elizabethtown; a step-son Todd Lovinger (Jill) of Elizabethtown; six grandchildren: Kailey, Kasey, Ayden, Tyson, Liam and Nolan; four step-grandchildren: Kyle, Kody, Kole and Lia; three sisters Susan Kotzatoski, Linda Keefer and Diane Evans; two brothers: Jim and Ben Forry; her mother in law Theo Lovinger and a sister in law Judy DeArmitt.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at LCBC, 4150 Chambers Hill Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111 at 1:45 PM. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service and immediately following the service until 4:00 PM. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.FinkenbinderFamily.com.
