To Linda's family,
Linda and I have been friends since grade school, but didn't know about her illness or passing, I would always see her in at the Elks Theater when she would be in there selling tickets. I am so sorry I did not know of her passing, and have just found out or I would have been at her viewing and service. Your Mom was a wonderful woman, always smiling and always hardworking. She always talked about you girls and her grandchildren. I just wish I had known she was at Masonic Village I would have gone to see her. I pray God gets you threw this and your Mom is finally at peace. Keep her alive in your hearts and talk about her often. I will always remember that lovely smile she always had. God Bless you all. I had both of Linda's daughter's, Denise and Donalyn, and her nephew Ed Fahnestock in my 5th grade class at Mill Road Elementary School. Linda was a very loving and caring mother and aunt. How blessed you all were to have had her in your lives. I feel privileged to have known such a wonderful woman and friend. To Denise, Donalyn and all of Linda's family and friends, I pray the Lord will give you strength and comfort in knowing that Linda is in Heaven with our Lord and Savior.

To Donalyn and especially dear Denise, whose close friendship with our Sarah has endured since middle school at Mount Calvary: My prayers are with you during this time of sadness and grief. Do know that your mom is resting in the arms of Jesus. No more pain. May God comfort your hearts and give you His peace. We love you.

We would like to extend our sincere sympathies to Linda’s family. We started visiting Linda at Masonic Homes approximately 2 years ago, and we knew her to be a very sweet lady who seemed to love to laugh and who was always pleasant and kind even when often not feeling well. We noticed that she really liked to talk about her daughters and her grandsons (and also food). She would laugh whenever Keith would tell a silly joke and would always thank us for visiting. Just from the small amount of time that we spent with her, we can begin to guess how much of a tremendous joy and blessing she must have been to her family and friends that knew her much longer than we did, and we want to extend our deep sympathies in the loss that you must now be feeling. We are very glad we had the privilege of knowing her, and we will miss her.
