Mary M. (Tuiaana) Kline

Mary M. (Tuiaana) Kline, 80, of Bainbridge, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Hershey Medical Center.  Born Wednesday, May 18, 1938 in Pava’ia’i, American Samoa, she was the daughter of the late Moi Tuiaana and Va’atofu (Poloai) Tuiaana. She was married to Ralph P. Kline for over 50 years until his death on March 14, 2012

In addition to siblings and many family members around the world, she is survived by three children: Margaret E. Kline, Paul J. Kline and Edna J. Kline as well as a grandson, Brandon L. Kline.  She was preceded in death by an infant son, Herman J. Kline.

She loved to plant flowers, pull weeds and grow a garden to give away and was entertained by her playful cats. Her faith was strong and she loved the old hymns. She believed her ministry was to give and her baking and cooking will be missed by all.  Her sassy sense of humor will continue to lift our spirits as we remember her. She loved people and made sure they knew it.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022, 717-367-1543.  Private interment will be at the convenience of the family.  There will be a viewing held at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00-7:00 PM and also on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary’s honor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (or you may come and help pull weeds).
