Memorial Service, Monday, May 4, 2009 at 11:00 AM

SUZANN E. SHELLY: Suzann E. Shelly, 82, of Elizabethtown, passed away on April 14, 2009 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born on August 13, 1926 in East Petersburg, she was the daughter of the late Carrie and David Erb. She was the widow of Abram M. Shelly, Jr., married for 44 years before his death in 1995. Suzann was a 1949 graduate of Lancaster General School of Nursing. Her hobbies included gardening, playing bridge, cooking, and walking her beloved dog, Maggie. She was an avid animal lover. Suzann was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Elizabethtown. She is survived by three children, Carey of Coatesville, Thomas, husband of Susanne, of Troy, MI, and Betsy of Elizabethtown; two grandchildren, Nicole and Megan; a sister, Julie Erb of East Petersburg; brother and sister in law, Roger and Dottie Erb of East Petersburg, and a sister in law, Bertie Erb of Lititz. Friends and family are respectfully invited to attend services on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 11:00 am at Christ Lutheran Church, 125 East High Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Lancaster County or to Christ Lutheran Church.
