Funeral Mass: Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 10:30 AM

CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL KLINGER

Christopher Michael Klinger, 19, of Elizabethtown, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Andy and Helen (Dougherty) Klinger of Elizabethtown.

Chris was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, Elizabethtown and was an active member of the St. Peters Men's Club. A 2008 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School, he played the trombone in the band, was a member of the Lacrosse team and was Captain of the Cross Country team. Chris was a Freshman at Lock Haven University where he was majoring in Secondary Education and was a member of the Ultimate Frisbee Club.

A beloved son and brother, he will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Patrick A. and Adam S. Klinger, both of Elizabethtown and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2009 at St. Peters Catholic Church, 904 Mill Road, Elizabethtown at 10:30 AM. There will be no viewing. Interment will be private.
