To Jay's family,
If anyone is old enough to remember me, I would have to be a cousin. My mother was Verna Newcomer who had a great relationship with Jay. As lone as she was alive and I visited her in Florida, I also saw Jay, ate a meal, and was up-dated on his life and children. He attended my mother's funeral in 2000. Seeing his wonderful face brought back many good memories from those years and stories told among Jay and the Newcomer girls. I invite any family to make a contact with me and maintain it. I do miss those years and miss my mother, aunts, and the others who are long gone. I send you my prayers and strength to get through these trying times. Yours Sincerely, Barb

Jay you were a special man. You and my mom had a very special relationship. It has been my pleasure to have the chance to meet you and have you in my moms life. My mother and I will miss you and think of you every time we play farkle or any other card or board game.

I'm sorry for your loss; your father was an enjoyable person to work with at H&R Block those many, many years ago. I think of him fondly.
