Justin R. "Bink" Shifflett

Justin Raymond Shifflett, fondly known as “Bink”, 36, of York passed away at home unexpectedly on Sunday, April 22, 2018. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Walter R. “Pops” and Cheryl L. (Carpenter) Shifflett.

Bink was a diehard 49ers fan. He also liked to watch gangster movies, especially Scarface and The God Father. He never left the house without his jewelry, like his cross necklace and bracelet. He enjoyed eating Italian food at the large family and neighborhood gatherings that his family often had. Bink loved people and loved life. He was friends with everyone he met, and will be sorely missed by many.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Serenity and Ariyanna Shifflett, sister Eliza Yost, nephew Kayden Fink, niece Destiny Markley, five of his best friends, John Thomas, Danielle Pfautz, Stephanie Weigand, James Brown and Brad Isaacs, a beloved grandmother Gertrude Shifflett, a beloved aunt Bonnie Shifflett, and five beloved uncles Eddie Shifflett, Steven Shifflett Sr, Wayne Shifflett Sr, Raymond Shifflett Jr and Gordon Shifflett, and many cousins in Virginia. Also real close friends Doris Partridge, Amy & Barry King and their family.

A celebration of life will be held from 2-7PM on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Moose Lodge in Elizabethtown.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Elizabethtown.
