Scott Valerio Obituary

Scott Alan Valerio, 63, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at The Gardens of Blue Ridge in Harrisburg. Born in Lebanon, he was the son of the late Albert J. and Doris L. (Hemperly) Valerio. He will be lovingly missed by his girlfriend of 28 years, Linda Shank.

Scott spent his working life as a truck driver, most recently working for Kinsley. Previously he worked for Darrell Lehman Dump Truck and Waste Management. His favorite thing was being outside, hunting and fishing.

In addition to his girlfriend, he is survived by her three children: Jason Shank & wife Tammy, Kevin Shank & wife Kammy, and Denny Shank; six grandchildren: Ami, Hanna, Zachary, Joseph, Katrina, and Jess; five great grandchildren; and three siblings: Greg Valerio, Dawn Felker, and Chrissy Abbondanza.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N. Market St., Elizabethtown, PA 17022. 717-357-1543.
