Anthony Bosak Obituary

Anthony Bosak, 91, of Hershey, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Frey Village, Middletown.  He was born Monday, October 31, 1929 to the late Mirko and Albina (Ferenchek) Bosak.  He is predeceased by his loving wife since 2007, Margie (Garrison) Bosak.

 

Anthony was a Navy veteran who served during the Korean war.  He was a faithful member of the St. Joan of Arc Church, Hershey where he served as a longtime usher.  He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, VFW, and American Legion.  He also helped with food collection for Derry Township Social Ministry.  He loved his grandchildren, but most importantly he was a loving father.

 

He is survived by his children: Janell L. Klein of Palmyra, Fred T. Zlater, III and wife, Deborah DeVine Zlater of Harrisburg, Marlene R. Deimler of Hummelstown, and Vicki L. Dorson of MD; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.  He is predeceased by his brothers Emeric and twin brother Andrew Bosak.

 

A private graveside service will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. 

 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
