Joyce H. Waugh was born in Sanger, N.D. Sept. 6th, 1942 her parents were James Roger Manley from Tapped, N.D. and Leola Martha Manley from New Salem, N.D.

She had 11 siblings, 3 remaining. Brother Bill Manley, sister Shirley Barry, and sister and brother in law Donna and Brian Williams.

She has two children Glenn Waugh with spouse Tina Weber and daughter Tina Kelley with spouse Kyle Kelley.

Grandchildren, Glenda Waugh and spouse Jon Massi, Nina Waugh and spouse Seath Stonesifer, Destiny Waugh, Ashley Garr, and Amber Farr, Benzley and Ryland Michaels. 6 great grandchildren. Jayden Gehrke, Chase Gehrke, Andrew Gehrke, Ivy Lee Massi, Isaac Stan Lee Massi and Lenox Stonesifer.
