Kay Ann (Kohr) Stipe

Kay Stipe, 80, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 24, 2022, at Oak Hill Retirement Home, formerly Fey Village, Middletown.  She was born Kay Ann Kohr, the daughter of Ralph L. Kohr, Jr. of Royalton and Clara (Schrum) Kohr of Bainbridge.

 Kay was predeceased by her parents, her loving husband, Charles R. Stipe, sister, Shirley (Kohr) Sipe, and brother, Ralph L. Kohr, III. She is survived by her son: Daryl G. Stipe and wife Cindy M. of Middletown; and sister, Linda J. Kohr of Harrisburg.

Kay retired from Frey Village as a nursing assistant after many years of dedication to her work there. Prior to that, she worked for the Roughwear Company in Middletown until they closed their doors. She loved to crochet and do drawings with colored pencils.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 10AM at the Middletown Cemetery, Middletown.
