Victoria "Vicky" R. (Bowers) Aldinger

Victoria “Vicky” R. (Bowers) Aldinger, 83, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 10, 2021 at the Hershey Medical Center.  Born Sunday, May 23, 1937, in Conewago Township, she was the daughter of the late Harry E. and Ruth A. (Frysinger) Bowers.  She was married to E. Ray Aldinger on July 31, 1954.

Vicky was a member of Etown Grace Church.  She enjoyed flower gardening, baking and spending time with family. She also shared a love for bluegrass music with her husband.

In addition to her husband of nearly 67 years, she is survived by three children: Kevin R. Aldinger, married to Sue, of Hummelstown, Shawn E. Aldinger, of Elizabethtown and Tina R. Jenkins, married to Sam, of Graham, NC.  Also surviving are numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as Vicky’s extended family and caring friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sons, Ryan G., Mark B. and Ray E. Aldinger.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 from 10-11 AM at the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022, 717-367-1543.  A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.  Private interment will take place in Conewago Cemetery, Elizabethtown.
