Chris Thompson was the one who got me started in slow pitch softball. We played on quite a few teams together. He never stopped talking and he was always a very interesting person to be around. One day I came back to Elizabethtown and met Chris in a restaurant. My reason was as to talk to him about the Lord. To my surprise he started sharing his testimony with me.That was a great day because I knew Chris would be in heaven with his Savior when he left this earth. God is so good and He knows what we need. I am thankful for Chris' life and his love for our Lord. Condolences to his entire family.

To the entire Thompson family,
I want you to know, Chris took me under his wing while I attended Etown College.
He feed me, hired me so I had money, and made me laugh.
He had a heart of GOLD, and a very giving man.

Sadly , I will be out of town on Friday, but want all of you to know, he made a major impression on me to become a strong man.
....even when he feed me a mouse sandwich....Chris was always my friend.

God Bless you Chris,
Bob Trimble
