Danny always had a smile on his face and he was always glad to see everyone. May God comfort you as He holds you in His arms surrounding you with His peace and love.

Dan and I became friends walking to S. Weir Mitchel elementary school back in 1957.We both became safeties posted at 57th street and Kingsessing Ave.in SW Phila. Enduring the blazing sun and the chilling cold, we kept the little kids safe each day. As time passed our paths crossed a few times where we had many many good laughs. Dan was always a man's man and he certainly lived his life that way. He was a good man, a good husband, and a good father. He was also a very good friend and I will miss him. May God console his family and friends

Kathryn and Amy: my wife and I extend our deepest sympathy to you; Dan was a friend, mentor and a fellow soldier in arms. Some of my fondest memories of the Army Reserves had SSG Dan Milligan leading the charge and saved my rear end on numerous occasions. Know he now is taking charge upstairs; the Lord will be happy he has one of the best troops that we had the privilege to serve with. Joe and Young Murphy
