A Veteran of WWII, Milton proudly served with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Gardiners Bay. Following his service, Milton attended Capitol Technology University where he received the broadcast engineering education that would prepare him for his distinguished career at ABC News 7 - WJLA Washington, DC from 1950 - 1993. Milton will always be remembered for his sense of adventure. For seven years, Milton enjoyed flying a single-engine Cessna plane. Throughout his life he openly embraced technology, most recently by playing Texas Hold’em on his smart TV. His hobbies also included playing tennis with his loving wife, Nancy; playing classical guitar; sailing the Alberg Typhoon on the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay; and spending time with friends and family at a Dewey Beach, DE family cottage.
